Our Program

We envision the annual Masharket Kigali International Content Market in conjunction with Mashariki African Film Festival as a pivotal platform for the East and Central African film and creative industries to harness global opportunities. The content market offers a glean insight into the creative industry dynamics and trends, diverse financing avenues, opportunities for professionals to hone their skills, and forge strategic alliances between investors and creators. Our aim for the content market is not only amplifying Rwanda's presence as a vibrant contender in the global film arena but also elevating the content market allure for industry professionals, broadcasters, sales agents, distributors, producers, filmmakers, and the entire media fraternity.

This year’s MashaRket Kigali International Content Market program, takes us deep into the heart of African storytelling, where tradition meets technology, and local voices resonate across global screens, shaping a new chapter in the narrative of cultural exchange and creative exploration.
