MashaRket Delegates' Registration Info

Exhibition Stall Option 1

• 3m x 3m Stand: $250:
  Inclusive of; Power source, 65-inch screen, basic branding, meeting table, 2 chairs, 2 delegate badges, and full access to MAAFF and MashaRket.
  Note: If you would like this option but bring along more than 2 delegates from you company you will be required to pay an additional fee of $50 per the additional delegate for their badge and access to the MAAFF and MashaRket
• An optional accommodation fee of $100 per delegate:
  Inclusive of; 4 nights’ accommodation (Nov 6th – 9th), 3 meals per day, transport from the hotel to event location.
• An Invitation to an X Space
  Live Event prior to Marshaket to meet the organizers, some speakers and an interactive Q&A.

  Inclusive of; Power source, 65-inch screen, basic branding, meeting table, 3 chairs, 3 delegate badges, and full access to MAAFF and MashaRket.
  Note: If you would like this option but bring along more than 3 delegates from you company you will be required to pay an additional fee of $50 per the additional delegate for their badge and access to the MAAFF and MashaRket

2. Non-Exhibiting Delegates

• Registration fee of $100 per delegate:
  Inclusive of: 4 nights’ accommodation (Nov 6th – 9th), 3 meals per day, transport from the hotel to event location, full access to MAAFF and MashaRket and 1 delegate badge

  Live Event prior to Marshaket to meet the organizers, some speakers and an interactive Q&A session.

3. Walk In/On-sight/Non Exhibiting Delegates

• Season Pass $50:
  Inclusive of 1 delegate pass to MAAFF and MashaRket events for the 3 days
• Day Pass $20: inclusive of 1 delegate pass to MAAFF and MashaRket events for that particular day)
• Please Note the above fees are not inclusive of transport to the event location, accommodation in Kigali or meals. For this particular package we advise our esteemed delegates to make their own arrangements.

4. Students

• No registration fees
• Free Full access to MAAFF and MashaRket and 1 delegate's badge
• An Invitation to an X Space
